New dungeons will be more fun to experience at launch, focus on them
Try to balance between the two - make some new ones and fix the extra bad old ones
New dungeons can come whenever - old ones are in dire need of work to fix
Should more "open world" dungeons (and quests associated with) be added? Think areas like Jaedenar in Felwood, Stromgarde in Arathi, or Darkwhisper Gorge in Winterspring.

Open world dungeons are boring - I can take any number of friends in there and destroy them so they will never be challenging
Open world dungeons are cool and make the world feel alive and full of mystery, add lots more of them!
Turn open world dungeons into actual instanced dungeons, or else they'll get ignored

How do you feel about Rare Spawns inside of dungeons?
Rare spawns are annoying - if I want an item off one I have to enter it, mind vision scout it to see if its spawned, and then leave and reset if it isn't there. Waste of time.
Rare spawns are cool, but just make them always spawn, they're not "rare" if I can scout ahead of time
Rare spawns are an exciting and fun addition to dungeons, and I want to see more of them in Classic+

Lockout caps are critically important to prevent OP classes from farming certain enemies, keep them in the game (5 per hour)

I hate lockout caps, they're a "fun detected" solution to a problem that isn't a problem

Farming these is annoying and feels like I'll never get them - just remove them
